By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions of working with Cordelie Travel Services:

Planning & Research Fee

A non-refundable $250 Planning & Research Fee is required before itinerary creation begins. This fee is credited toward your final booking when you book through Cordelie Travel Services. If you choose not to book, the fee is retained for services rendered.

Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and supplier confirmation. Final pricing may vary based on availability at the time of booking. Payment schedules and methods will be communicated for each booking.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier and will be clearly communicated before any booking is confirmed. Cordelie Travel Services is not responsible for supplier-imposed fees or penalties. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Liability

Cordelie Travel Services acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, defaults, or negligence by any travel supplier or for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity arising from use of any supplier services.
